This past Monday the Honker Baseball Team from YCHS won the big championship. I’m really proud of these guys. They work super hard and they deserve every opportunity they get. I think their program and coaching inspires the whole school and I am very grateful for what this ball club has brought to the school and to our community.
Early off in play-offs Mel went with me to a game and we had a blast. At some point I surprised her by saying “lets take a few pictures” and they have turned out to be some of my favorite photo’s of us ever. Now, this is totally random, I know, but today on People’s Court, the defendant had a really cool tattoo. Across the front of his neck in bold letters was the name of probably his girlfriend (or daughter or mom or some lady, right?!?) whose name was MELISSA. It looked good. Real good. And I’m hardcore so maybe I too should get a similar tattoo on my neck that says: MELANIE. What do you think? Hahaha…probably not gonna happen. I’m not that hardcore, or dumb.
